On March 18, starting at 7:00 PM CDT, Cleo will perform updates to the Cleo Integration Cloud (CIC) platform. Updates are estimated to take up to 7 hours to complete. During this maintenance window, there is no anticipated downtime, and all integrations will continue to send and receive data normally. Please see below for complete details on CIC capability and service performance during the update:
CIC Cockpit
- Expect a temporary delay in visibility generation in CIC Cockpit. Following the update, all delayed Messages and Jobs will populate as normal.
- CIC Cockpit will be intermittently read-only as Cleo updates the underlying database. During these times, CIC Agent status may temporarily indicate as down however, no integration flows will be impacted and will continue to process as normal. Further, we recommend refraining from making configuration changes until the update has completed in order to avoid generating errors.
CIC Agent
- We do not anticipate any delay to integration processes with Endpoints configured through File System / NFS / File Share Access Points and these integrations continue to process as normal.
CIC Cockpit with RADAR™
- Customers with RADAR alerts configured will experience notification delay and any alerts configured to trigger during the scheduled update may produce errors.
