This video course is intended for those who will be working with the product daily and setting up and modifying the B2B business connections with partners.

It is designed for the Developer, Integrator, and Operator of the Cleo Harmony® product utilizing the out-of-the-box capabilities. The course targets Developers/Integrators that will build and configure connections with partners, as well as design and build the data flows and integration with backend applications.

Also, this course is appropriate for Operations personnel responsible for monitoring and supporting those connections, data flows, and integrations.

• Remote Host Configuration – FTP/s, SFTP, AS2
• Local Host Configuration (User Hosts)
• Actions and Scheduling
• Host Management
• Logs, Monitoring and Alerting
