Enhancements to REST Connectors and REST WS Consumers can help you prevent ticket generation in CIC Cockpit for certain scenarios in which failed processes don’t necessitate failed jobs. Additional parameters let you specify which HTTP errors codes should not cause a job to fail, thereby preventing ticket creation.
A new keyword - exceptionErrorCodes - can be used in the Process Environment - Set Value task in a Business Processes to identify defined error codes and not fail the process. This optional feature is currently supported in these Connectors.

How it works
In your Business Process, use the Process Environment - Set Value task to set two values, as shown here.
Response status codes are comma-separated.
When your BP executes, if the defined error codes occur (403,404 in this example), the job won't fail, and a ticket won't be generated. However, the error code details will be reported in the Cockpit, as shown here.
