What is a File?
File Definition. A “File” represents a single physical payload that is processed by CIC by way of a transfer from one Endpoint to another in a Data Flow. A File means collectively any data accessed or integrated from any application, database, file server or software provided by the Subscriber or any Authorized user of the Subscriber that resides on or is processed through Cleo Integration Cloud.
Limitations. Cleo shall monitor and measure various capacity and usage vectors of a subscriber’s AS2-FTP-SFTP Gateway account specific to Files. This includes but is not limited to aggregate File volume and total number of Files processed by CIC within an annual subscription period. The Subscriber account may be prevented from exceeding these limitations. Subscriber acknowledges and agrees to adherence of these limitations stipulated below. In the case where File capacity or usage exceedance is required, the subscription terms of payment will be updated to reflect added capacity.
Maximum aggregate File volume/year: 100GB
Maximum number of Files processed/year: 1,000,000
What is a Connection?
A “Connection” is a named and specific instance of a connector to and from an application, technology device or business partner. One Connection is equivalent to:
- A unique set of authentication credentials used for a particular protocol connector via AS2, FTP(S), SFTP, email or partner mailbox
- A reference to an application instance such as an ERP, eCommerce platform, marketplace, or other application
Connections are compositional elements of end-to-end business processes and used in integration Data Flows created within and processed by CIC.
