New and improved multi-part course with extensive content to help you build and refine your CIC Gateway skills.

Within the CIC Gateway Training is CE101 CIC - Cloud Edition | Fundamentals. This video course provides an overview of CIC – Cloud Edition and introduces key terms and concepts. Learners will gain an understanding of how to navigate, connect to trading partners using protocols, and integrate with internal back-end systems.

Two (2) training options to choose from:

1. CIC Gateway– Free self-paced course that covers establishing your first connections, managing users, setting up CIC Agent, and end-to-end Data Flow testing.
2. CIC Gateway Guided – This paid option ($350/student) combines all the in-depth training content in the free CIC Gateway course with the advantage of two 1-hour on-demand engagements with a Cleo expert
