Cleo is announcing the scheduled product retirement and end-of-support (EOS) for Cleo Clarify Version 4.x. All later versions will continue to have ongoing product support.
Why is Cleo retiring Cleo Clariy v4.x?
In order to focus our resources on meeting the most common requests from our customers, we have decided to begin the product retirement and end-of-support (EOS) process for Cleo Clarify 4.x and earlier versions. Please see below for dates and additional information.
NOTE: This communication serves as formal notice of our decision to discontinue Cleo Clarify 4.x and outline the milestone dates in our EOS process. It does not imply any changes to the availability, development, or ongoing support of other Cleo Clarify versions, Cleo products, or capability sets.
What does end of support for 4.x mean?
Product Retirement date: July 15, 2025
After the stated product retirement date of Cleo Clarify 4.x, Cleo will no longer provide the
following:
- New patches or upgrades.
- Security updates or fixes.
- New Cleo Solution Center or technical documentation updates.
- Extended support past the stated EOS effective date.
Cleo will continue to provide technical support for Cleo Clarify version 4.x with issue investigation and troubleshooting until the stated EOS date below.
End of Support Effective Date: January 15, 2026
After the stated EOS date, Cleo will no longer provide technical support for any issues for Cleo Clarify 4.x.
ACTION REQUIRED
To ensure ongoing product support, customers must migrate to a supported version of
Cleo Clarify (v5.x or later) or to Cleo Integration Cloud ahead of the stated EOS date on January 15, 2026.
