In the TrustedLink for Windows-VersaLex integration, TrustedLink for Windows (TLW) runs a script that reads through the results.xml
file generated by VersaLex to determine whether the run of the action was successful and, if so, moves the transferred file to the sentbox. Because the TLW script is limited to reading only the first 2048 bytes of a file, it is possible that the results.xml
file might be too large for the script to process. In these cases, you can reduce the size of the results.xml
file by configuring logging as follows:
- Go to Configure > Options and click the Messages tab.
- From the System Log Level pull-down menu, select
Essential - 0
-
Click Customize. All message types are selected by default.
- Make sure only Run, Command, and Result are checked, and then click OK.
- Click OK to save your updates.
