When connectivity failures occur in the CIC, a failure notification is automatically generated (E-mail, CIC, or ZenDesk). Information is provided in these notifications that can be used to troubleshoot. There are several different types of connectivity errors:
- Connection
- Authentication
- Packaging
- Protocol
- Routing
Depending on the type, specific information is included in the failure notification, listed below.
Notifications also include a hyperlink to the CIC Cockpit Job Details page, corresponding to the failed Job.
