The Message Hub is the core of this application. You can see both sent and received files to/from your trading partners and customers. You can use this as a comprehensive resource for effectively managing document transactions.
Using the Inbox, Outbox, and Exceptions tabs, you can view and filter documents, access document details, download data, and set notifications.

Inbox - List Inbound and Outbound Documents
Click Inbox to check for documents from your trading partners and customers. The following fields/columns are displayed.
- Sender Name – Name of sender
- Receiver Name – Name of Receiver
- Document Name – Name of Document Received
- Document Type – Type of Document Received
- Received – Received Date
- Ref No – Reference Number received inside the document for Tracking
- Transaction Date – Document transaction Date
- Channel – Communication Method through which the Document processed
- Status – Helps users understand if it’s New, Accepted or Rejected.
- Message ID – Created by the System to make the document Unique.
- Outbox - List Outbound Documents
Click Outbox to check for all the documents going out to Trading Partners. Both layouts for inbox and outbox are the same.
- Sender Name – Name of sender
- Receiver Name – Name of Receiver
- Document Name – Name of Document Received
- Document Type – Type of Document Received
- Received – Received Date
- Ref No – Reference Number received inside the document for Tracking
- Transaction Date – Document transaction Date
- Channel – Communication Method through which the Document processed
- Status – Helps users understand if it’s New, Accepted or Rejected.
- Message ID – Created by the System to make the document Unique.
View Document Details
To view details for a specific document, select the document and right-click the ellipses (3 vertical dots) to the right of the document. Select View Details.
A Message Details window opens, displaying the document (PO, for example) in three sections:
- Interchange Header
- Document Details
- Line Details
View raw data using the RAW option at the top of the screen. This shows the original file received (Pre-Translated Data), and the file sent to Trading Partner (Post Translated Data). Note: Data type and source may vary, based on the type of integration in place for your implementation.
View Transaction Lifecycle
View Transaction Lifecycle with all related documents to selected document in the Message Hub. Greyed out documents are transactions that are expected in the buyer-prescribed lifecycle but not yet sent/received.
To view, right-click the ellipses, and click View Life Cycle.
Export Documents to csv
To export a document to a csv file, select the document, right-click the ellipses, and click Export to csv.
Download to PDF
To download a document to PDF, select the document, right-click the ellipses, and click Download PDF.
Viewing Exceptions
Exceptions can be viewed from the Exceptions tab in the Message Hub. Details for each exception include sender name, receiver name, trans type, receive date, trans ref, transaction date, and exception id.
Click eclipses to right of the exception to view more info.
Note: exception notifications will vary within each implementation. Please talk to your Account Manager for exception notifications you wish to view.
