Enhanced Stoplights

Users can now customize which three documents appear under the Status Stoplights section in the WebEDI portal. This new feature lets you choose which document stoplights are shown in the inbox, tailored to each Trading Partner. You may assign a unique set of up to three response document types per Trading Partner.

To customize your stoplights:

1. Go to the Settings page.
2. Click on Preferences.
3. In the Stoplight section, enter the name of a Trading Partner. A list of available response documents for that partner will appear.
4. Select up to three response document types.
5. Click Submit to save your changes.
