On-Time Freight Order Invoicing - Shipper Relationship Manager

The On-Time Freight Order Invoicing metric in the Shipper Relationship Manager tracks whether freight invoices are submitted within the agreed billing window. ERM helps you track an Invoice timestamp (typically from an EDI 210) against the expected due date. If no such information exists, the fallback timeframe parameter values specified in CIC are used.
