After selecting the 856 response document, follow these steps to use the Pick and Pack method:
Packing Process
Click on Pick and Pack and enter the number of cartons to be packed.
A split-screen view will appear:
- Left side: Displays the items to be packed.
- Right side: Displays the cartons in a tree format.
You can expand or collapse the carton details by clicking the gray cells on the right. Expanding a cell reveals detailed item information based on the purchase order, which can assist in accurate packing.
To pack items:
- Drag one or more items from the left to a carton on the right.
- Select multiple items by checking the box next to each line.
- Verify the quantity being packed.
Once packed, items will appear under the selected carton.
Repeat this process until all items are packed, then click Finish.
To make changes after packing, click the Edit Packing button within the ASN.
Packing SDQ (Ship Destination Quantity) Orders
When creating an ASN for an SDQ order:
- Items on the left will be grouped by store, simplifying the packing process.
- You can:
- Select all items for a single pack by checking the box on the left and dragging them into one carton.
- Or, drag each line item into its respective carton if packing separately.
