Data Transfer reports provide information about file transfers, movement, and related activities. Some have the ability to move between related reports through drill-down functionality as well as filtering. This functionality is described in Working in Reports. Descriptions for all reports are provided below.
SLA report
This report displays a list of all checkpoints for the current SLA.
An example of how to best filter this report could be to view only results based on:
- specific time and date ranges
- partner name
- check type
- host
Navigating this report
- Click an entry in the Date/Time column to see details about that SLA.
- Click the icon to download the currently displayed data in MS Excel format.
SLA Summary
This interactive report summarizes the checkpoints for each trading partner.
You can click any of the bars in the graph to drill down into information about SLAs for that trading partner.
An example of how to best filter this report could be to view only results based on:
- specific time and date ranges
- check type
- host
Transfer
This report displays a list of all transfers that have occurred in the Cleo Harmony and Cleo Clarify system.
An example of how to best filter this report could be to view only results based on:
- specific time and date ranges
- direction of the transfer (send or receive)
- the host with whom the transfer occurred
- the name of the file transferred
- protocol used for the transfer

Transfer Summary
This interactive report summarizes the success of transfers for each trading partner.
You can click any of the bars in the graph to drill down into information about transfers for that trading partner.

CIS Transfers
The CIS Transfers report shows the combined list of transfers that can occur across both Clarify and Harmony.
Harmony transfers, Clarify connections, or both?
This report may list transfers/connections occurring across either Harmony, Clarify, or both.
Use the Connection Log# and Transfer ID columns to determine from where the data transfer has occurred. The table below shows how to determine this based on which of these columns actually contains data.

CIS Transfer Summary
This interactive report shows a summary by message type of all the transfers. When the transfer occurs across both Clarify and Harmony, then this chart groups by Host. If the transfer has occurred only across Clarify, the chart groups by Log Origin Object.
You can click any of the bars in the graph to drill down into information about specific transfers.
