Designing your reports

As you design your report, you can view and modify columns and tables from the bottom of the different menu editors available.

Collapse and expand your design area

• Clicking on the current menu tab collapses the editor and allows you to see more of your design.
• Clicking the triple line icon in the top left accomplishes the same thing.

Sort and move columns

Certain column headings (those with a marker) allow you to change the sort order. Columns can be sorted one at a time.

Drag and drop columns to change their lateral order.

Save as Excel

Where applicable, click the Save as Excel button to view your data in spreadsheet format. There is a limit of 499 records.

Reset your report design

Clear your design by clicking on the dataset icon and confirming you’d like to reset your work.

Load a design to an existing Dashboard

1. Load the saved design.
2. Add it to the Dashboard.
