The EEI User Guide is provided as a CHM file (Compiled HTML).
To open:
- Use the link above to download the file.
- Once downloaded, move file to a local directory (Desktop, etc). Note: Opening directly from the download process will not display the file correctly.
- Once moved, now double-click to open file.
Note: After moving the .chm file to a local directory, you might still need to right-click the .chm file and choose Properties. At the bottom of the Properties window, please check the box to unblock the file, then click Apply.
