Once the data has been archived to .zip file(s) and moved to the CLW server, you are ready to execute the runUnarchiver batch file/shell script. Recommended methods include an automatic service (for example: Windows Service on Windows, Chron on Linux) or through the Clarify RunOsCommand Business Process task, which lets you run an operating system command directly from a Clarify Server.
This process takes the archived data (in the form of a .zip file) and unarchives it into the CLW Server database and storage manager. Unarchived .zip files are placed in the Processed directory.
Each time the unarchiver runs; the DataUnarchiver.log report is generated and placed in the log directory.
