A Formula can be referenced from a Ruleset from the Action section.
Using as a Ruleset Action
A Formula can be used in a Ruleset just as any Action. In this example, MyFormula is available in the Ruleset editor's Actions panel to be dragged to the Rules section. 
The Properties View shows how this rule’s Quantity and UnitPrice parameters are populated.
