The CIC Agent provides a means to connect your on-premise infrastructure with Cleo Integration Cloud. The Agent can connect to a local file system, a Linux share, or a Windows UNC path.
It has the following system requirements:

Make sure this entire block is allowed on both ports regardless of which IPs are currently active. This allows for future expansion and prevents future timeouts for database connections via CIC Agent.
Note: Typically, enabling IP addresses for outbound use requires action from the IT team responsible for firewall configuration. Coordinate with your IT team to make this block of IP addresses available.
