CIC Studio System Requirements

The following are the minimum system requirements for the latest version of the CIC Studio.
Some requirements may differ depending on the specific needs of your business. Please consult your Customer Account Manager or Cleo Support for more information.

Processor 64-bit dual-core processor.
Operating System
Windows
  • Windows Server 2022 
  • Windows 11 
  • Windows 10 

Note: For Studio versions 5.2.16 and above, certain new features require that the Studio be run as an administrator. 
Mac
  • MacOS Sequoia (version 15)
  • MacOS Sonoma (version 14)
RAM

16 GB or greater.
Disk Space

Minimum 2 GB plus storage for user integration projects and related objects.

Note: For versions 5.2.16 and above, certain new features require 4 GB.
Display

Minimum 1280 x 1024 resolution.

Notes:

  • Scaling should be set to 100% for optimal viewing. This can be adjusted from the Display setting. This is required for Windows only.
  • Dark Theme is not supported in the latest Studio version. This applies to both Windows and MAC.

Java Runtime Environment

CIC Studio currently ships with the version of JRE listed below as appropriate for the installation:

  • Eclipse 9-2021  
  • Java 11 (OpenJDK JDK 11)
