As illustrated in the diagram above, the CE203 course includes personalized sessions with your Cleo Concierge, a Product Instructor, at the beginning, middle, and end of the course. During these three (3) instructor meetings:

• Instructors distribute remote desktop files and ensure access.
• They provide overviews of the course and address any questions.
• They conduct demonstrations as needed.

This valuable benefit grants students the ability to refer to any module from the course, allowing students the opportunity to review and reinforce the course material whenever necessary.

At the conclusion of the course, a mandatory exam (consisting of true/false, single-choice, and multiple-choice questions) will be delivered. When passed with a minimum score of 70% correct, you are entitled to contact our Support team for assistance; if not passed, you are not so entitled. If applicable, passing the exam also allows you to participate in a Certification Program and then to hand off your Projects to Cleo’s Managed Services team.
