The CE201 CIC - Cloud Edition | Operator Essentials course is designed for operators who primarily work within the CIC Cockpit, such as "Oscar the Operator." This course delivers an in-depth tour of the CIC Cockpit, explaining each page and sub-page to ensure operators fully understand the interface they interact with daily. Although the primary focus is on CIC Cockpit, the course also provides overviews of CIC Studio to help operators understand the root areas to check when troubleshooting issues.

Operators will gain insights into common errors and resolutions, leveraging support analytics to review and understand typical issues they might encounter. This knowledge equips operators to be the first to know about critical issues, answer questions from managers and partners promptly, and resolve issues quickly to prevent critical incidents.
