This diagram demonstrates how you can manage communication between your cloud-based Adobe Commerce application and an integrated internal system using Cleo’s Application Connector.
Using the GetOrders API, we initiate a call to Adobe Commerce to retrieve any new orders, which are then populated into our own backend database for subsequent processing.
Adobe Commerce's response to this call is stored in a corresponding API Business Process, which can then execute a Ruleset in Cleo's integration engine to complete the transformation for other processes - in this case, updating both Adobe Commerce as well as back end database.
