Connector Overview - D365 SCM

This Connector lets you build integrations to connect and integrate data to this popular back-office system. It supports both cloud and on-premise versions of D365 Supply Chain Management (SCM).  The Connector allows users to work with data relating to their D365 entities including SalesOrder, SalesQuotation, ItemArrivalJournal, and more.

It allows you to connect the CIC Integration Engine to your D365 SCM application data for seamless integration into your Databases, ERP, and CRM platforms to keep data aligned between front-end and back-end systems.

How it works in CIC

Using an intuitive Wizard in the Studio, you connect with your external application and then define and configure resources (mainly Business Processes and Schemas) to work with specific APIs. Packages are automatically created; each containing object-specific Business Processes (to call the operation), and Schemas (to build Rulesets).
