What's New in this Release: July 17, 2021

The following enhancements and fixes are included in this release. 

CIC Cockpit Enhancements

This release contains general enhancements and improvements, including infrastructure updates put in place to support future capabilities and development.

Trading Partner UI Enhancements

The Trading Partner UI has been enhanced to allow centralized access to data for a single partner directly from the Network > Partner page. Drilling into a single partner's data now allows you to work with Endpoints and Users related to that partner. See Working with your list of Partners.

S3 Cross-Account Access

The CIC S3 Connector now supports cross-account access. You can configure your S3 connector to share resources in one account with users in a different account without needing to create individual IAM users in each account. See S3 Endpoint.

CIC Notification

The template used for CIC email notifications has been enhanced to include custom branding elements specified within the CIC Branding screens. See Branding the look and feel of CIC.

Other Enhancements

Added TLS 1.3 support to trading partner file exchanges.

Fixed Issues

  • Fixed an issue where tenants were incorrectly created with CIC as the ticketing system instead of Zendesk.
  • Fixed an issue where the Save button on the My Profile > General tab would not save entered values properly.
  • Fixed an issue where API Consumer Request URLs were not properly displayed in the Cockpit Job log.
  • Fixed an issue where API requests that are reprocessed would lose any Message Life Cycle/Job association.
  • Fixed an issue where the timestamp for the job step between the Transformation Endpoint and the destination Endpoint would sometimes be displayed in the CIC Cockpit as "Unavailable".
  • Fixed an issue where the status for a given Access Point might not be accurate or consistent between two users in different time zones.

CIC Studio/Engine Enhancements

This release contains general enhancements and improvements, including infrastructure updates put in place to support future capabilities and development.

Note: For those updating to this current version, it is recommended to update the B2Biaas Project, which is part of the CIC Cockpit Projects (CCP). These are Projects that allow for certain data to display in the Cockpit.   

Amazon Connector Enhancement

The CIC Amazon Connector further expands Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) support along with multi-channel fulfillment APIs. See Connector Overview - Amazon Marketplace (AMP).

NetSuite Connector Enhancement

The CIC NetSuite Connector has been enhanced to support the latest WSDL version allowing you to streamline business processes running across NetSuite, including Order-to-Cash. See Connector Overview - NetSuite.

Fixed Issues

  • Fixed an issue where the CIC Engine was creating and displaying multiple copies of certain Message tiles.
  • Updated documentation for setting up the Database Monitor for iSeries databases, DB2, and DB400.

CIC Agent Enhancements

The current release is 1.0.12. This release contains general enhancements and improvements, including infrastructure updates put in place to support future capabilities and development.
