How to Reset Plan.io SVN credentials

Resolution:

To reset credentials for Plan.io svn browse to: https://cleo.plan.io

Once the page loads, click the Forgot Password link.

You will then be asked for your email address. 

Enter your email address and click Submit. 

You will receive an email from Planio.

Follow the instructions in the email.
