How to Clear a Hung Process In Clarify 4

Resolution:

Suspend the Clarify Server from the Admin Console

Open Services in Windows, and stop the Clarify Service EBI4_workspace_Service

In Windows File Explorer, navigate to the directory.

\Cleo\Clarify_4_Runtime_Workspace

Rename or delete the coordinator folder, then restart the EBI4_workspace_Service.

*Note

Depending on your version of Clarify the Clarify service might appear as Clarify_workspace_Service instead
