You can help us by following the steps below to generate and send us a Support Bundle, which contains information about your Cleo software. We'll review the Support Bundle and get back to you about your best options for migration.
Generate and Send Us a Support Bundle
- Log in to Cleo LexiCom or Cleo VLTrader.
- Select Help > Support > Bundle.
- Select New from the Incident Number menu.
In the Problem Description field, type
Cloud Migration Assessmentand your contact email address.
- Select all the options available to make sure we get all the information about your system.
- Make sure these check boxes are cleared.
- Click Send.
- Select HTTPs as the send method.
- If you are sending us a support bundle but you haven't registered Cleo LexiCom with us yet, you'll need to fill out the following screen before you can send anything to us.
