CE205 CIC - Cloud Edition | Developer Certification

Price: $7,000/student Format: Hands-on Video Training with Live Instructor Checkpoints Video Duration: 10 hours

Obtaining your Cloud Certification involves two sequential steps. First, complete the hands-on, instructor-guided Cloud Comprehensive video course. Then, apply what you’ve learned to create an industry-specific project for your company, ultimately earning your Cloud Certification.

Cleo’s certification program offers a variety of role-based paths. Depending on the Cleo Services package, CIC certification may be required to authorize customer developers to build, test, and hand-off integrations to Cleo. Certification helps ensure that user-built integrations align with CIC development guidelines and best practices.

CE201 CIC - Cloud Edition | Operator Essentials

Price: $2,500/student Format: Video Training Video Duration: 4 hours

This course delivers an in-depth tour of the CIC Cockpit, explaining each page and sub-page so operators fully understand the interface they interact with daily. It also includes overviews of CIC Studio to help operators understand where to begin when troubleshooting issues.

CE301 Ecosystem Relationship Management (ERM)

This free video course offers a comprehensive introduction to Ecosystem Relationship Management (ERM), an add-on feature within the CIC Cockpit.

You’ll explore the four core ERM modules:

• Retailer Relationship Manager
• Supplier Relationship Manager
• Shipper Relationship Manager
• Carrier Relationship Manager

By the end of the training, you’ll be equipped to confidently use your ERM solution and configure both standard and custom metrics directly within the interface.

CE001 CIC Gateway Video Training

Price: Free Format: Video Training Video Duration: 4 hours

This video course provides an overview of CIC – Cloud Edition and introduces key terms and concepts. Learners will gain an understanding of how to navigate, connect to trading partners using protocols, and integrate with internal back-end systems. The self-paced course also covers establishing your first connections, managing users, setting up CIC Agent, and end-to-end data flow testing.
