Training Policies

Training Cancellation Policy:

For Instructor led training: Any cancellation or re-scheduling request made less than five (5) business days prior to a scheduled training start date of a instructor led training will result in a change fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the training course cost. In the event of an unavoidable situation, please notify training@cleo.com and Cleo will accommodate re-scheduling the training at no charge.

Online Training: Any cancellation or re-scheduling request made less than twenty-four (24) hours prior to a scheduled training start date will result in a change fee. The amount of the fee will be equal to 100% of the training course cost. In the event of an unavoidable situation, please notify training@cleo.com and Cleo will accommodate re-scheduling the training at no charge.
