IP Allowlist Expansion

Since some older trading partners may have allowlisted the original 4 IP addresses for CIC, some inbound connections (Partner Mailbox, AS2, OFTP) and some outbound connections (AS2, OFTP, FTP(S), and SFTP) have been restricted to the original set of 4 IP addresses.

Cleo Capacity Planning for CIC now mandates the expansion of the IP address list for these protocols beyond the original set to include the expanded CIDR Block of 256 addresses:

192.245.195.0/24

This expansion will take effect on July 11, 2022. If you have internal systems or trading partners who have allowlisted the original set of 4 IP addresses, they will need to update their allowlist configurations before this date.
