Can a Self-Service customer close a ticket directly?

    By design, the customer can not close the ticket themselves. However, you may select to mark the ticket as "Solved". The Cleo ticketing system will then automatically close the ticket after a few business days.

    Yes, this can be done manually under issues tab, messages, or job.
