Customer ERP Project Configuration

From the CIC Studio, create a CIC Project (File <New> CIC Project).

The project name must match the customer ERP. A recommended name format is com.cleo._customer_.erpname. The keyword ‘customer’ should include the name of the customer.

The ERP name should be the customer’s backend entity name with which Shopify transactions have to be integrated. For example, in order to integrate Shopify and Netsuite, the project name should be similar to com.cleo._customer_.netsuite. A default package (com.cleo._customer_.erpname) would be auto-created when the project is created.

Shopify and ERP Intersection Project Configuration

From the CIC Studio, create a CIC Project (File <New> CIC Project).

Name the intersection project to match the customer ERP system name. The recommended name format is com.cleo._customer_.shopifyerpname. A default package (com.cleo._customer_.shopifyerpname) would be auto-created when the project is created.
