2. Accept the Early Access Terms and Conditions to enable the feature toggles on the page.
3. Select the capabilities you want access to.

Early Access gives Customers limited access to pre-release product capabilities or solutions. By participating in Cleo’s Early Access program, Customers acknowledge and agree that:

1. Early Access capabilities are provided for evaluation and feedback purposes. Functionality, user experience, and performance may change during the Early Access period.
2. Customers may be contacted by member(s) of Cleo’s Products team to provide feedback. If Customer chooses to share any feedback, Cleo may use this feedback to improve its products without restriction or any duty to account.​ 
3. Cleo may choose to commercialize Early Access capabilities and will provide notice prior to pricing changes taking effect. Early Access Customers will be eligible for a 10% discount from standard pricing, unless otherwise specified in writing. Early Access Customers will not be responsible for payment of any incremental fees unless they expressly agree to such fees in writing.​ 
4. Early Access capabilities may incorporate artificial intelligence (AI), including machine learning, natural language processing, generative AI, computer vision, and automated decision-making functionality. These capabilities may be provided through Cleo technologies or reputable third-party AI service providers. AI capabilities may generate content, recommendations, classifications, predictions, summaries, or other outputs ("Outputs").​ 
   1. Early Access may incorporate artificial intelligence capabilities ("AI Capabilities"), including machine learning, natural language processing, generative AI, computer vision, and automated decision-making functionality, which may be provided through Cleo's proprietary technologies or third-party AI service providers.​ 
   2. "Outputs" means any content, prediction, recommendation, classification, decision, score, or other result generated by AI Capabilities in response to Customer inputs or automated decision-making functionality. ​ 
      1. AI Capabilities are designed to assist, not replace, human judgment; ​ 
      2. Outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and may not reflect current facts or circumstances​
      3. Customer is responsible for verifying all Outputs​ 
      4. Cleo makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, currency, or fitness for a particular purpose of any output​ 
      5. Customer assumes sole responsibility for evaluating and verifying Outputs before relying on them for any material purpose, including legal, financial, regulatory, or operational decisions​ 
      6. Any material decision based on AI Outputs requires independent human review by a qualified person prior to implementation. ​ 
      7. Cleo is not liable for any acts, omissions, or service interruptions attributable to Third-Party AI Providers.​
