The Partner Scorecard provides information about all your partners based on out-of-the-box Ecosystem Relationship Manager (ERM) service-level agreements (SLAs). It consists of a list of reports from which you can choose. By default, there are three Partner Scorecard reports available.
- On-Time Order Acknowledgment - Compares expected acknowledgment response time captured from the Inbound Order itself with the actual response times. See On-Time Order Acknowledgment.
- On-Time Shipment - Compares expected shipment time to actual shipment time. If no such expected response time data is available, a set of configurable fallback settings are used. See On-Time Shipment.
- On-Time Invoicing - Compares expected invoicing time to actual invoicing time. If no such expected response time data is available, a set of configurable fallback settings are used. See On-Time Invoicing.
The target is the fallback response time configured, and the actual is the average response time over the currently configured time period. The partner scorecard allows users to configure penalties for missed SLAs on a per-partner basis.

Partner Scorecard Contents
Scorecard contents are described below:
Column | Description |
---|---|
Missed | The number of SLAs missed within the selected timeframe. |
%Missed | The percentage of SLAs missed of the total number of messages processed for this metric. |
Met | The percentage of SLAs met of the total number of messages processed for this metric. |
%Met | The percentage of SLAs met of the total number of messages processed for this metric. |
Target | The fallback target to be used for processing if there is no explicit date/time target specified in the Order. |
Actual | The average amount of time to complete an SLA from the time of the triggering event to the end of the processing. |
The Summary Row contains totals for each column except for %Missed
and %Met
. These summary values are calculated by taking the total number of Missed or Met SLAs and dividing by the total number of transactions.
