WebEDI provides Inbox, Draft, and Sent folders to retain your documents. You can also use the Archive section to store these documents.
We recommend archiving documents after use to keep your inbox clean and focused on upcoming tasks.
To archive your WebEDI documents:
- Open WebEDI (https://cleo.com/web-edi/login).
- Click the Inbox folder.
- To archive documents, click the checkbox on the left of each row. Selected rows will turn blue.
- Right-click in the blue area to pull up the shortcut menu and select Archive/Unarchive.
Your documents have now been moved to the Archive folder.
