Trading Partner (and Trading Partner Details)

This report displays information for all trading partners in your system, along with the Total Interchanges and Messages, received and sent for the corresponding trading partner. It also provides additional access to detailed reports for each.

An example of how to best filter this report could be to view only results based on:

• Specific ID of your trading partner
• Specific name of your trading partner
• very last ICN received
• Specific date range

Navigating the report

This report allows you to drill down to a detailed report on one selected training partner by clicking on an individual trading partner ID.

Trading Partner Details

The report displays the details for one trading partner, breaking it down into received and sent, and displays a chart showing the breakdown of message activity for a specified period.

Navigating this report

Clicking on a bar from the graph opens a report showing all messages listed for that trading partner. Toggle between statuses by selecting the Success or Failure icons at the bottom of the report.
