System Health

This dashboard report provides an at-a-glance view of several key Clarify system operations, such as server status, active processes, memory usage, and other resources. 

There are five sections:

• System Status
• System Queue
• Resource Monitors
• Business Process Schedule List
• Business Process Last Run

Note: While this Dashboard provides a glimpse into the above sections, each can be run as a separate report, which in certain cases, provides additional information. Please see specific reports below for more details.

System Queue

This section of the Operations Dashboard Report displays a list of active Events (objects) and ECA Messages in Clarify. This report can often prove useful when troubleshooting.

When run as an individual report, the following information is provided:

Queued Events: Shows all queued Event objects in Clarify. Note that the value in the Properties column is a unique identifier with a pointer to the actual data in the queue; this is where the drill down occurs.

ECA Messages: Shows static details on queued messages coming in and out of your Cleo system. The Message Header Values can often prove useful for investigating specific message and info.

System Status

This section of the Operations Dashboard Report displays the status of a server (Single or Clustered).

The report provides this important information:

• Server Type
• License Status
• Server Edition: Single Server or Server Cluster.
• Expiration: License expiration date.
• Server Status: Running, suspended, or stopped.
• Worker Nodes: displays remote servers and displays different activity related to connectivity, processing, CPU and memory usage, and Server Cluster Server Node information.

Resource Monitors

This section of the Operations Dashboard Report displays a list and the status of every Filesystem/File Monitor, Database Monitor, Email Monitor, Harmony Monitor, and Web Service Provider in your Clarify system. It displays the total count for each monitor type.

Each monitor can have a status of:

• Created (but not started). Shows a yellow dot.
• Started. Shows a green dot.
• Stopped. Shows a red dot.

Business Process Last Run

This section of the Operations Dashboard Report displays a list of the recently executed Business Processes in your Clarify system, showing the time that each process was executed, as well as relevant information about how the process was invoked.

When run as an individual report, the following information is provided:

• all recently executed Business processes (whereas the Operations dashboard displays the first 7 only)

Business Process Schedule List

This section of the Operations Dashboard Report displays a list of scheduled Business Processes, showing their next run date/time and recurrence interval.
