Your Cleo Services team is eager to help with your new onboarding requests or help you make changes to already existing setups. This portal provides services related to following activities:
Cleo's Trading Partner Management team specializes in following scenarios:
- Incremental trading partner add/change/deletes
- Basic configuration changes
- Basic TP connection or map adjustments
For any services not included in Trading Partner Management Services Descriptions, please contact your Cleo Account Executive or Customer Success Manager.
You can engage with our TPM team with one of following engagement models:
- TM&M Plus customers: This engagement model typically includes a pre-paid bucket of hours
- a. Please refer to TM&M Plus or Hourly Work Estimation section to obtain an estimate of effort. Once approved, the hours will be deducted from your pre-paid bucket of hours.
- b. To open a request, please Submit a request – Cleo.
- Customers with a Cleo Services Packages (Bucket of hours)
- a. Please refer to TM&M Plus or Hourly Work Estimation section to obtain an estimate of effort. Once approved, the hours will be deducted from your pre-paid/approved bucket of hours.
- b. To open a request, please Submit a request – Cleo or by emailing the Services team at TPM@cleo.com.

If you do not have a pre-paid engagement with Cleo Services, purchase Fixed Fee Activity/Services as outlined in Trading Partner Management Services - Fixed Activity Based Pricing.
To open a request, please Submit a request – Cleo or by emailing the Services team at TPM@cleo.com. Once approved, you will receive a Statement of Work (SOW) for you to sign via Docusign.
