Using Cleo Portal to Connect to a Partner Mailbox

There are several ways to access files in a Partner Mailbox, but the Cleo Portal is usually the easiest to set up. When you create a Partner Mailbox, you define a username and password that your partner uses to sign in to the Portal.

1. Create a Partner Mailbox endpoint. 
2. Select the Cleo Portal check box.
3. Enter a Username and Password and take note of these values as you need them to log in to the Cleo Portal.
4. In a browser, go to acme.cleointegration.cloud/Portal.
   The Cleo Portal login page appears.
5. Enter the username and password you created in step 3, then press Enter.
   The Portal opens and displays the Download and Upload folders for your Partner Mailbox.

The Download folder holds files sent to your Partner Mailbox. Use the Upload folder to send files to the Data Flow configured for this Partner Mailbox.
