Database Endpoint

Database Endpoints are auto-generated when you define a database as a Data Source in CIC Studio. Such a data source is used to provide CIC with access to an existing on-premise or private cloud database for integration. See Database Integration.

You cannot create, update, or delete Database Endpoints from the CIC Cockpit.

Any integration using Database Endpoints is driven from the Integration Engine and CIC Studio. Database Endpoints are not available to be used in Data Flows in the CIC Cockpit. They are, however, used by CIC Cockpit to display Job information on the Job List page and Job Details page.
