Working with Databases

Certain objects facilitate connectivity with external systems, mainly databases, email, file, FTP servers, and Web Services. These objects are generally referred to as adapters, and are used to process data both in and out of the CIC Studio. Adapters can be configured using specific parameters required by an external system. Once defined, adapters can be repeatedly used in other Projects. There are several types of adapters in Clarify.
