On-Time Invoice In-Full (OTIIF) is a metric in Retailer Relationship Manager that measures whether an Invoice (810) was sent within the required timeframe and reflects the full accepted quantity of the associated shipment. OTIIF extends the On-Time Invoicing metric by adding a completeness check, combining timing and completeness into a single status. OTIIF measures a single outcome: whether the invoicing commitment was met. That outcome can be missed for one of two reasons: timing or quantity.
How OTIIF is evaluated
OTIIF combines two checks: whether the invoice was sent on time, and whether it reflects the full accepted quantity.
- On-Time: The Invoice (810) was sent within the timeframe defined relative to the ASN, or the fallback timeframe parameter values specified in CIC if no ASN is available.
- In-Full: The invoice reflects 100 percent of the quantities from all associated shipment line items. Partial invoices that do not yet cover the full shipped quantity are not considered In-Full until a subsequent invoice completes the balance.
Met, At-Risk, and Missed statuses
OTIIF is evaluated as one of three statuses, combining the On-Time and In-Full conditions:
- Met: The invoice was both On-Time and In-Full: it was sent within the timeframe and reflects 100 percent of the associated shipment quantities.
- At-Risk: The invoicing timeframe has not yet expired, but is approaching, and the invoice is not yet both On-Time and In-Full.
- Missed: The invoicing timeframe expired before the invoice was both On-Time and In-Full. Once an invoice is Missed, its status does not change even if it is later completed.
